Setting the footer for CRM 2011 email activity

I had requirement to setup a standard footer for all the new CRM 2011 email activities. it is a fairly simple task. It can be achieved by following –

1. Create a global email template and set the required footer in the email template.

2. Get the GUID of the new email template

3.  Get the Guid of the logged in user


4. Call the following code on the load event of the email activity –
